All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
After processing, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
If a package is marked as delivered but you do not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
RETURNS
SMIFOME allows returns within 5 days of the date you receive your order. Please note that accessories are non-returnable, however if an accessory arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
